Inness joins ranks of cricket retirees
Western Australia fast bowler Mathew Inness has announced his retirement from first-class cricket to take up a strength and conditioning position at the WACA. With Justin Langer also announcing his retirement this week, Inness chose to keep his retirement quiet until the first ball was bowled in Friday's Pura Cup game against Tasmania, which he is also playing in. Moving over to WA from Victoria in 2005, Inness became a key member of the Warriors squad this season, second behind Steve Magoffin in WA's first-class wicket takers this season with 33. "It has been satisfying to work my way back into a regular spot in the Warriors' Pura Cup team, play well and prove to myself that I could still perform at this level," Inness said. "So I'm pleased to have the opportunity to retire on my own terms, and going straight into my new role will make the transition to life after playing a lot smoother." Inness will replace the WACA's current strength and conditioning coach Greg Hardy, who is leaving to take up coaching in the West Australian Football League.

30 year Fixed: 5.5 percent
5/1 Adjustable Rate: 5.0 percent
10/1 Adjustable Rate: 5.375 percent
Homeowners, particularly those with larger mortgages that conform to certain guidelines, should definitely look at refinancing again, even if they refinanced a few years ago. Thats because the monthly savings from lower interest rates for larger mortgages are greater and can recover the costs of a refinancing transaction sooner.
